Mindfulness & Wellbeing

In this 4 week ‘Mindfulness & Wellbeing’ programme, students will learn how to apply the art of mindfulness in their day to day lives. This is a skills-based, practical and educational course which teaches us to learn how to direct our attention to the here and now. Students will be taught to develop the quality of their attention and the capacity to return again and again to the mindful state of being with kindness, patience and compassion. Mindfulness will change your life: beauty, joy, gentleness and the extraordinary miracle of life is available to us 24 hours a day, how often are we available to it?
