Instructors Training

We encourage paddlers to look for leadership responsibilities and ways to contribute towards their club or organisation, and to progress in their own skills by sharing their knowledge and experience with others, and most importantly to share a fun and healthy adventure sport. Kayaking and Canoeing therefor also offer a very rewarding career choice for those who like physical work and meeting new people.

West Offaly training with sponsorship and support from Offaly Sports Partnership is launching a project to increase water sports instructors available to work in the midlands, where the instructors will get access to Instructor Training in Kayaking and Open Canoeing, 1st Aid Training, River Safety and Rescue training.
